CompliStaff Discrimination Policy
Employment decisions and candidate referrals are based on legitimate business requirements, including such criteria as merit, qualifications, abilities and other job related factors. CompliStaff does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran status, national origin, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
This guideline governs all areas of employment at CompliStaff, including recruiting, hiring, training, assignments, promotions, compensation, benefits, discipline and terminations.
CompliStaff does not participate in discrimination of any kind. Our recruiters are directed not to invite, honor or accept discriminatory job orders or requests by clients. We do not code applicants, employees or other documents to reflect any information or characteristic that is protected by Equal Employment Opportunity laws.
To promote Equal Employment Opportunity and ensure that employees are up-to-date with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, all CompliStaff employees are required to attend an in-house Equal Employment Opportunity seminar annually.
If you have any questions or concerns about any type of discrimination in the workplace, you are encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of the President. Employees can raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal.
Anyone found to be engaging in any type of unlawful discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
